"It is strange that something has become of me, because I have done so much in my life quite the opposite of what should have been done." Jean Sibelius
I am a thirtysomething father of 2 who has been blessed to have been married to my best friend, Linda, for over ten years (she's way too good to me).
I enjoy spending time with my family, reading, listening to music, playing music and WASHINGTON REDSKINS football (24/7/52; there is no off-season).
I am an aspiring author, researching & writing my first novel (historical fiction about the 'Lost Colony') whilst also trudging through a bigger project; a trilogy that will mix historical fiction, suspense & mystery (I won't even try to explain except to say it will be about a search for a religious relic and it will span over 1000 years).
I'm an eclectic mix of young and old; an undereducated (gave up college about 1 year before completing my English major/Philosophy minor), aspiring author, who has an opinion on everything but advice for no one. I am a sinner. I don't believe in saints. I am a self-diagnosed occasionally bi-polar realist. Basically, I am a sarcastic and sardonic person with a passion for a few things and a strong loathing for far more.
